Getting leadership fully onboard with the hybrid remote working models

Couldn’t agree more Astrid. This is a real culture shift for many organisations. Exciting that mobility can play such an integral role in the development of an organisations talent pool and approach to working models. Calls for a lot of change management skills I think? What skills do you think we need to help drive these types of societal / way of working changes in an organisation?

Business focused moves with additional or different benefits that used to be exceptions but we are now looking at expanding the policy for these.

Obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders for our proposed new way of managing our mobility program, and the tender and implementation process that will then hopefully follow 🙂
