Couldn’t agree more Astrid. This is a real culture shift for many organisations. Exciting that mobility can play such an integral role in the development of an organisations talent pool and approach to working models. Calls for a lot of change management skills I think? What skills do you think we need to help drive these types of societal / way of working changes in an organisation?
Obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders for our proposed new way of managing our mobility program, and the tender and implementation process that will then hopefully follow 🙂
